Our Work
Three shipped products: a browser-based 3D configurator for industrial sales, a Destiny 2 companion app with local model behavior, and a metal-guitar EQ plugin.
These projects were built through AI-agent workflows directed by Pineware. Agents produced code; Pineware owned requirements, architecture, review, testing, and release.

Direct Viewer
Direct Viewer is a browser-based 3D product configurator for companies selling expensive, configurable machinery. It lets buyers explore industrial, defence, marine, and automotive products interactively while keeping the experience custom to the seller's website.
What it proves
Direct Viewer shows Pineware shipping browser-based 3D software where model loading, configuration logic, and sales presentation have to work inside the customer's website.
AI-native angle
The product was shaped through requirements and implemented through AI-agent workflows, with human review focused on interaction quality, production behavior, and business fit.

Qubit Uplink
Qubit Uplink turns game progress into chat-driven detective missions. Players read messages, reply in character, unlock story beats through read-only Bungie.net activity data, and can author their own missions in a browser-based editor.
What it proves
Qubit Uplink combines authored chat missions, Bungie.net activity checks, and optional on-device companion conversations in a mobile app.
AI-native angle
Qubit Uplink is both built with AI agents and contains an AI-native runtime: Gemma 4 powers optional on-device companion conversations without cloud prompts or chat logs.

Splinter Audio
Splinter Audio is Pineware's specialist audio product brand. Its first product, MetalGuitarEQ, is a focused commercial plugin for amp sim and IR-based metal guitar tones, built around predictable cleanup moves like rumble, mud, harsh mids, fizz, hiss, and palm mute bloom.
What it proves
MetalGuitarEQ shows Pineware building a narrow commercial tool around a real workflow: cleaning up amp sim and IR-based heavy guitar tones.
AI-native angle
Audio-domain requirements and review guided the product while AI agents handled implementation, allowing fast iteration on interface, DSP-adjacent workflow, and product presentation.
